Synopsis from Goodreads:
Christmas is looking like a write-off, until Marshall suggests they make the best of what they have, and work together. The avid outdoorsman has a special touch with people…and with Eliza in particular. Soon she realizes Marshall isn’t just fixing Christmas — but her broken heart, too.
My Review:
I found these characters to be unique and inviting. It was quite intriguing to see their personal insecurities come to light. They affected the entire story. Not only were the main characters very well developed, their pasts coming to light and showing how far they’ve come, but they are the type of people that you want to know. I’ll admit, the miraculous mood swings of all of the supporting characters on Christmas day made me giggle, and only worked because it was Christmas day.
This was a quick, one of a kind tale that will remind you where romance comes from and the spirit of Christmas.
