My Review:
I love how this story ties into the series as a whole yet also stands out on its own. Ruggle has woven an absolutely unforgettable tale that had me on pins and needles throughout. The plot was intense and well crafted. The suspense permeated every page yet never overshadowed the romance and chemistry that we find between the main characters.
I loved the differences between our hero and heroine and how they seem to balance one another. The strong, silent, and drool-worthyness of George had me swooning while Ellie’s bubbly, caring nature shook things up. The way that they were able to seamlessly work together made the story even better. Oh, and their chemistry? Something we’d all kill for in our everyday lives, yet also very believable. And you can’t forget the supporting cast. Lou is still priceless. Everyone that you meet (or reencounter from past novels) becomes a fast friend.
This story was excitingly suspenseful. It was everything that a romantic suspense should be. Ruggle is quickly becoming a go-to for romantic suspense.
thanks for a chance to win :) looks like its right up my alley
