Minka isn’t sure she should trust the sexy Special Forces soldier who found her. Subjected to horrors, on the run from scientists set on locking her in a cage, Minka is terrified of the monster she’s becoming…and somehow, Angelo is the only one who can calm the beast inside her and make her feel safe.
But can she trust the way he makes her feel when she’s not even sure she can trust herself?
My Review:
I enjoyed how Tyler told more than one couple’s story while focussing on Minka and Angelo. Minka’s vulnerabilities tugged at my heart, yet her strength in the face of both the cultural and biological socks that she faces is unforgettable. Minka definitely made an unbeatable and remarkably complex heroine for this tale. Angelo was the perfect counterpoint. Strong and steady with more than a hint of concern for Minka’s well being. His past played a large role in how he reacted to events, creating a bit of a paradox at times.
Tyler has once again created an action packed novel that combines the world of the paranormal with high stakes intrigue. It was a great addition to the series and a novel that will be hard to forget.

It's hard to chose just one. I loved the Deadly Trilogy by Ashley Stoyanoff but I guess my favorite was Deadly Crush (Deadly Trilogy, #1).
