My Review:
I was completely enthralled with this story. The intrigue of DC really shines through. I had to laugh at how everyone else is up to something and off far off the mark they might be. Her descriptions make the story that she’s created very easy to picture. The narrator in this story also made me laugh. She nailed all of the emotions floating through this intriguing tale.
Kall puts forth some very well developed characters. This author really takes you inside the lives of the main characters. She also puts a haze over their lives. You get to know them as they get to know each other. I fully admit that the author had me fooled right up until the last minute. I thought the good guy was the bad guy and couldn’t figure out how the main character didn’t see it.
This is one of those stories that really makes you wonder what you would do for family. It was a fast paced ride that I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
